Mac and cheese with Mainz Natural Cheddar

Ingredients

-400gm of Pasta

-50gm of butter

-2 tbsp of flour

-2 glasses of milk

-2 glasses of grated Mainz Natural Cheddar

 

Method

-Boil the pasta and leave it to rest

-Melt the butter in a large pan and add the flour and the milk to it and stir it will.

-Add Mainz Cheddar to the mixture and stir it well till it completely melts.

-Add the mixture to the pasta and make sure it totally covers it.

-Add salt and pepper and present it to your children.
