Ingredients
5 big potatoes
600 grams of minced chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup of minced onion
1/2 cup of minced parsley
Dash of salt
One tablespoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of ghee
1/2 cup of crushed breadcrumbs
50 grams of butter
3/4 cup of milk
Oil
4 spoons of salsa
Raw dried thyme
Red or yellow cheddar cheese
Recipe:
- Cut the potatoes to cubes and boil them
- In a big pot, place the minced chicken, onion, egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and tablespoon of ghee and mix well
- Add crushed breadcrumbs to the chicken and mix well then start making the chicken into small balls
- Let the boiled potatoes rest then add 50 grams of butter and salt and pepper then grind well until smooth next add milk in intervals based on need
- In a pyrex pan add a layer of potatoes
- In a big frying pan add ghee and vegetable oil then stir fry the chicken till it absorbs color then remove.
- Place the chicken balls on the potatoes
- Place salsa on the chicken
- In the last step place add Mainz cheddar or yellow cheddar
- Place the pyrex in the oven until cheese melts then open the grill until golden
- Remove pyrex from oven and add a sprinkle of thyme for serving
